Abbott's has come through for me again. I had a leak under a kitchen sink and the company immediately sent Charles Bugglen Sr. He did a great job and patiently showed me what was wrong and then fixed it. He left the space very clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

OUTSTANDING customer service and Knowledgeable.  After the examination of the leak Kevin provided a couple of options to attack the problem that were clear and concise. The water from the tub and shower is no longer draining through the ceiling into the kitchen. I'm now able to walk six steps for a bath instead of taking 12 stairs downstairs. Chuck was great, I wish he had been assigned the first time. He explained my issue, and answered all of my questions, while also making the needed repairs. Time will tell how accurate his diagnosis is, I hope he's right, as everything is back in operation for now.

Stephen was our technician. The company was very communicative and helpful. Stephen was nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and skilled. He kept us informed and made us feel like part of the process, which was great for this being our first time as homeowners having to use a plumbing company. Abbots plumbing are honest, skilled and take the well-earned pride of true, honest trades in charging (very) fair prices for the job done right. My family was in a crisis: five girls getting ready for the start of school on Monday when, on Thursday, one was hospitalized in the middle of the night with appendicitis.  It was as she and mom  headed out to the ER at 4am that we discovered the basement was flooded in what turned out to be the complete failure of the main water feed to the house. We were very easy to take advantage of and other companies tried but Abbots went above and beyond to help us out. It was a major job and big money but considerably less than others quoted - even other local businesses. The business owner himself ended up making a part for us on Friday evening to rig up a temporary, creative solution. I will be using the as my plumber from here on out.
